Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
Peacock Matrimony offers both free and premium subscription plans. Key terms regarding payments:
• Free Plan: Allows profile creation, browsing, and limited features.
• Premium Plans (Gold & Platinum): Provide enhanced features such as viewing contact details, sending interests, and priority profile visibility.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• Subscription fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are non-refundable once a subscription is activated, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Peacock Matrimony reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions.
Peacock Matrimony is a platform that facilitates introductions between individuals seeking matrimonial alliances. We do not:
• Guarantee that you will find a match or receive a specific number of responses.
• Verify the character, intentions, or suitability of other members beyond identity verification.
• Participate in or take responsibility for decisions made by members regarding marriages.
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any matrimonial decisions. We strongly recommend that families verify information independently before proceeding with any alliance.
All content on Peacock Matrimony — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, and features — is the intellectual property of Peacock Matrimony and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent.
• Content you upload (such as photographs and profile information) remains your property, but you grant Peacock Matrimony a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for platform operations and promotional purposes.
